Tonto: Your position on disclosing information makes great sense. However, it appears that there is a great amount of information still to be accumulated and shared with attorneys. I believe that many on the thread would be willing to share expenses if we could just better coordinate the effort. It clearly is difficult to do with such geographic dispursement and disperate backgrounds, but it clearly should be done. I am one of the people who is very concerned over the lack of action by the SEC, particularly in the context of their actions on GRNO, which have seriosly hurt a legitimate company. GRNO was suspended precipitously, apparently at least in part because the SEC was badly burned by GIFS. I would be willing to try to coordinate some effort to work with you to seek legal and fiscal remedies. I also am willing to take this case to Capital Hill to improve the action and reaction of the SEC, getting them additional resources if necessary, and holding them accountable.
