Here is an observation and please respond with all opposing views. Intel could not reach new highs, Compaq could not bring new highs and Amat could not break 38. All these companies are IMHO are all great L/T investments. If you think about it Compact and Intel both forewarn their shareholders of the shortfall, yet look at the share prices after these hints. I for one am guilty of jumping in on Intel thinking it was an easy move up the way the market was moving. Now I jumped off Amat at 35 1/2 and lost those profits on Intel and more. Amat has givin hints and yet the stock has held up strongly. I am waiting to see Amat drop to at least 26 and hopefully to the teens.

They probably will get their acts together, sooner or later.
