Didn't you pose that same question a while back? This is my deffination: It will SOON be warm enough to go outside in shorts. OR, SOON enough we will experience a new millennium. p.s. haven't found much in the link i sent yet. Seems to be a lot of fillin' in the blanks to get any where.
