What I thought that owning an OTC stock in certificate form was bogus. At least that's what you and others were (are) claiming on other stock threads. It appears that times change when you and others own a stock and are trying to HYPE it! Call your shares in certificate form. Riley G

Great post Kevin. Ill let you know the number I have in cert form. Ive requested my certs on on three different times due to the fact that I have purchased MDIN on numerous occasions. Its cost me ($25) each time I have done so, but I have done so with the belief that the benefit will far outweigh the total $75 costs. I have also done so because of my sincere believe that we can succeed. How many of you have bought shares in small companies only to have the price go down for no reason, then you panick and sell, then the price goes up after you sell at a loss? Sound familiar? Ive done it so many times it makes me sick (and poor). Odds are that its market manipulators artificially driving the price down to cover their shorts by making you panick, and taking your hard earned money. As shareholders, we must all do our part to ensure the value of OUR company, and to assure that those that have no interesting in promoting the value of OUR company, ie the shorts, get what is rightfully coming to them. There may be those of you out there that say to themselves, "my ##### number of shares arent going to make a difference." WRONG. Each and every share will make a difference, and a BIG difference. If we can get everyone who wants to see this company succeed, and wants to see the price stop being artificially held down by those that only want failure for this company, register his/her shares, then we will all succeed in the end (except for the shorts). Those #### of shares from numerous individual shareholders adds up to ########. CALL FOR YOUR CERTS TODAY. UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL!!! As to Riley G, I know KMT both on and off line. He is nothing but class. He, like anyone else, is discussing MDIN here, after all, that is the purpose of this thread. He has done a ton of DD on MDIN, and has helped others like me with our DD. Thanks Kevin!! I am in no way affiliated with MDIN. Im a business owner trying to make some money on the side in the market so maybe I can spend more time with my family and less time at work. Im like all of you, a small investor trying to make a buck. In ending, I would respectfully request that all shareholders request delivery of all shares in cert form.
