Hi William O' Bennett. < Like everything else good it takes time > Many of us have been watching this Irish wine fermenting for nearly 4 years now. At some point we expect it to reach maturity and produce a vintage product. In fact most of us are anticipating "popping the corks" this year. We have also heard those unsubstantiated rumors that the Green Leprechauns were indeed busy with their hammers and nails building us a new larger home in the ole Sod. Hopefully, I will have plenty of photos for everyone after I return from Erin this spring. Nice to hear from you ! ~~~ O'Keiko
