Hmmm interesting, Fulvio? My question would be that if it is copyrighted and not for circulation than it should say so in the header! I subscribe to a number of services, SW being one of them. I pay for the service. If it is not for retransmission than it should clearly state so!! If the "(c) Copyright 1998 Canjex Publishing Ltd. canada-stockwatch.com" is their way of informing me that it is not to be retransmitted than I am afraid that all information from all news services, are not retransmittable? It clearly states that it is authored by a "Stockwatch Business reporter". I pay for the SW news. My assumption is that if I disseminate this information to a forum like this (and do not benefit financially) then I am only disseminating something I am paying for?
