Good reading, there, David! See my comments on RioCan, below.

For anyone not getting the Globe & Mail - 'Canada's National Newspaper' (wow), here are the REIT's mentioned in today's article on pages B1 and B4:

**Canadian Hotel Properties
**CPL Long Term Care
**H & R
**Legacy Hotels
**Summit
**Residential Equities
**Royal Host
**Avista
**Canadian Apartment Properties

Some of the above have been discussed on this group. I, for one, would like to hear someone discuss the prospects of the 2 apartment REIT's, viz. Residential and Canadian Apartment. I own some of both of them, because 'I understand apartments.' I hadn't realized that the former was twice the size of the latter.

Also, from what the article says, yes - RioCan is well positioned to grow, especially if the recent 2-for-1 split works out and if they can keep getting good properties.

To switch gears here, will anyone comment on Superior Propane Income Fund's (SPF.UN and SPF.IR) paying .44 cents per unit in a couple of weeks? Like, this looks attractive.
