Dave, When I think some more about this hypothetical setting. Wouldn't someone who desperately wanted stocks in a company perhaps be driven to drink excessively on a Friday evening as the markets are closed for the whole weekend - especially knowing that the company was such a compelling buy that everyone would be expected to order on Monday's open and send shares prices flying. One might expect that in such a state that the individual might snap at others who are big shareholders. Just a hypothetical thought! Maybe I'll buy even more than I planned on Monday! Terry
