Repost from Yahoo concerning ACRT 8K: Wade, You admit that the 8K diminishes the risk of share dilution. The shareholders now have input in executive compensation--- another positive. You are making unsubstatiated assumptions that the Board extinguished the options to find other means of executive compensation.My guess is that this action was taken to eliminate concerns over share dilution and executive benefits and puts any future decisions about this in the hands of the shareholders. Executive compensation and share dilution were the two primary concerns which caused the stock to decline. Now that the 8K reduces those concerns the stock should resume making new highs. In fact the reaction in the stock price on Friday indicates shareholder approval of the Board's action.
