Motorala weakness is also very much company specific - e.g digital cell phones. Nokia and Ericson and many others are going strong and almost every telecom manufacturer assembles cell phones. (search the web - most player were not around in cellular, 5 years ago) I personally know of one $500 million manufacturer who just entered the market. It is a highly automated assembly line and most products are digital. MOT is still pushing analog mostly because of the US market. Every new system is now digital. Haim
