IRSN About to start on an upward trend. I understand the trepidation in jumping in too fast when a stock jumps over 50% in one day however there are very positive things about this company which speak to a positive recovery.

The new President has taken steps on several fronts to move this company forward. The consolidation of operations was obviously overdue and will help eradicate unnecessary operating costs which did not have counterbalancing profits associated with them.

There is a new sense of public awareness about the Company which is being generated by Mr. Evert and will, in my opinion, create a positive investment atmosphere now and in the future.

Prior to Mr. Evert's conversion to a Californian, I knew him for over thirty years on the East Coast. I was impressed by him then and continue to be so. I will also add that I believe it very positive that he is willing to forgo high remuneration in lieu of options in this company. It is apparent that he intends to be here for some time and his age (56) fits perfectly to this.

I would have to also believe that with the core business in place as a solid base, we will be seeing more and more announcements of new business deals being consumated.

Frankly I would hold off the urge to take profits and watch this puppy head to 5 before year's end and then we can all celebrate Christmas together.
