Although addressed to you Fulvio my intention was for ALL. I am not disagreeing with your response, but do you think he feels welcome on this thread, or for that matter any other new comers? The term is supressive! This thread in defense of KRY has become suppressive. I do not agree with the written attitudes on this thread. An answer can be given to an opinion without a challenge. Without calling into question, ulterior motive, lack of knowledge, lack of preperation time, lack of understanding, lack of DD(read homework), lack of KRY history, lack of class, lack of couth, lack of descriptors!!!!(thats why I stopped) The thread deteriorated when the shorters arrived. Only because everyone "bit" what they offered. This does not mean the shorter hasn't the right to express his opinion, but the attitude in which he/she expressed it has been intimidating, to say the least. Instead of ignoring the intimidation, the longs got into the same intimidating attitude in rebuttle and degraded the forum to a name-calling exchange of useless information. >>>>I politely explained how he was wrong about StockHouse and called him on the carpet for boasting about how much money he made. Clarification: Carson article VEN Electronic Headline News: 1) 1st statement says CSJ ruling will not deal with ownership. Later on to say ownership not in question. Further along he then states only Supreme court of Justice may review and decide. 2) TJ Paris is in charge of CHRYSTALLEX's MINA VEN CA so anything Pris says is also suspect. 3)In his closing statements he admits his top level sources are Chrystallex people. EG: Christallex mine developers are secure in the knowledge that there is NOW (not because of past rulings)no way in which legal ownership of LC 4 & 6 may be removed from its rightfull owners. Yet he previously stated only CSJ can confirm title and were not going to do so at this time. To sumise my position only the CSJ can approve change of ownership to mining concessions and it is at their discression to do so. My question to those who pose questions is: Which court of Venuzuela ever approved the transfer from MAEL to Chrystallex. Which by way purchasing this company claims title. Adden-dum: 1) I don't think Barb is Oppenheimers mother. 2) Fulvio (spelled correctly) Its, I havn't been committed yet. Not I havn't been able to commit. Good Luck to ALL, Scott
