In six months from now it will be worth substantially less than a year prior. I'm getting pretty sick of all these long-term cpq know-it-alls who say "cpq has crashed like this before" Bull shit!! Look at the damn chart. CPQ is breaking new ground in terms of crashes. When was the last time that it took cpq in excess of a year to reach a previous high?? In september of 1997 cpq hit $78 (pre-split). Would anyone like to suggest to me when they think cpq will hit $39.00. And once you do that would you kindly calculate the number of months its takes just to reach this previous high. And then please tell me when the last time cpq hit a high only to drop and then take the same amount of time to reach that high. Go ahead go for it and make my day. I'm more than willing to stand corrected.

As for steve or hpeace - only last week he said cpq will make their earnings. This is obviously not hpeace's fault and I don't for a minute suggest that he is not knowledgable with respect to cpq; but hpeace wants us to believe that this crash is just like all the others. The numbers say it ain't. Yes there have been bigger drops. But by the same token the recoveries were typically sooner.
