Alex:My take(which is probably useless and changes by the hour) is that this market has broken its uptrend and will see BIG volatility over the next few weeks as the street decides which way interest rates are going.(this is typically what happens after all the brokers and financial planners have pulled in all the new retirement savings from individual investor during Jan/Feb and dumped them into mutual funds)That being said I will continue to short any rallies that come our way.

As far as my time stops are concerned I haven't been doing too well. I spent the last two weeks getting up to speed on my order entry module.(took me awhile to realize if the machine is not executing the short order the firm probably doesn't have the stock to loan!..DUH)

I feel pretty comfortable with the procedures now but it's alot simpler barking orders at a broker;)...At least that way you have someone to blame!

Hopefully the bumps in the road get smaller and I can get down to some serious trading this week. I will update you on my progress.

Cheers!
