<<<<By the way, there is no first amendment precedent that can protect you in calling a company a scam unless you can prove it is one. >>>> Not that I'm a fan of TokyoMex and his drinking habits...Lots and lots of precedents, Jin... you can call people and companies just about any name you want. Follow a political campaign sometime! If it were a specific accusation, however...if you said, just to use an example, "Ira robbed banks to do the share buyback," then that could be cause for legal action. Even then, a tough case. I've looked at the (supposed) valuations, and listed them in a previous post, comparing them to similar companies for all to see. I don't know what gross revenues they will have this year. Nobody does. I only know that in the past they have been very bad at giving accurate earnings estimates... even for the quarter they were halfway through at the time! I haven't seen them make an accurate forward estimate yet. Once I do, I may start believing them. I've done something interesting lately that I would suggest to you. I've been sorting stocks via P/E, share price, etc... checking out those stocks like FAMH that seem to have exceptionally low share prices for their "valuations". In every case, the earnings were due to one-time gains and tax tricks. I don't know why this company would buck the trend. They never said that the Allied Signal and Deliotte and Touche contracts involved IT placements. I doubt they do. Last I heard from Richard Davis, their IT efforts looked pretty weak. The Miami office is opening? Is it 1998 already? If you would excuse me, I've got to go to cheerleading practice and do some nude sunbathing. Chocolate? Yes! Rub it all over my body!
