Dan, I don't hold VLSI long or short(right now), so for your sake and others who own the stock I hope you are right. However, I do think that TA cannot be exclusively relied upon under the kind of circumstances that the market represents today or how a stock like VLSI acts. While I'm certainly not a technician, I believe one could argue that the move through 23 in mid Feb and the move through 25 10 days later were strong positive indicators...only to be followed by a collapse to 18 on REAL news. I am without any hard facts to support my feelings, except having followed this stock for the past 6 years, been in and out many times and being convinced that there is another shoe to drop. JMO, of course...

Dan,

When do you consider a stock has broken resistence? Do you consider the closing price or the intraday price?

Thanks,
Lonny
