All, re:ZITL. A little history lesson. Almost one year ago:
1) Zitel's CEO Jack King DENIED that the Company was looking for offshore financing.
2) There were rumors of numerous LARGE contracts that would be signed any day (Bell Atlantic, NIH, etc.).
3) In fact, here is an email (dated 5/20/97) from Zitel:

Our solution is alive and well and the factory is open, code is being converted at this moment.

Unfortumately<sic>, most of our customers do not wish to publicize their Y2K exopsure<sic> and as yet, we cannot talk about their use of our services.

I would be glad to answer any questions you have, please feel free to call me if you wish to persue<sic> them.

4) The stock price more than doubled from the April low (Titow's departure) until May 25th ... based on these rumors.
5) On May 25th, Zitel announced offshore financing of $25 Million.

I believe history is repeating itself!
Regards, Bill
