Great weekend! As I posted last week, a good old friend of mine, who lives between Texas and NC, sent me a report of a rig situated over a hole near Conroe,TX. This is fact! No rumor. Therefore I now know progress has begun for Coconino Oil & Gas on schedule. Great news! IMO It is reported large gas formations are located in this area. Property acquired earlier this year could significantly increase our $0.37 1999 fiscal year EPS estimate!!! That's all I can say for now! Bring that baby in! Maybe we could still have some bad weather left this winter! Hope so. At least a little bit. Maybe ElNino is not so 'good' for us! <g> KZAP
