tfd, This is from briefing.com regarding warnings: Finally, Yahoo! and AOL posted big gains while rest of sector fizzled... Why?.. Internet stocks helped not hurt by cheap PCs... They also have little to no exposure to Asia... Despite excessive valuations group will continue to benefit from sector rotation. ORCL's positive announcement might stand tall and better because of other tech co warnings, imo. There're few compaies posting gains. So even "in line with... earnings" will make ORCL look better on Mar 12. BTW, somebody posted that earnings will come out on 12 instead of 13, friday. regards, BPP(Bipin's partner)
