KZAP, you are absolutely correct! The proof in the pudding will be the subsequent filings with the SEC. I, personally, think that Ira, Adam, et al., know the importance filing. It establishes a level of credibility that is still needed here. Next week should be interesting. Do you or anyone know what happened in the log that was posted a while back for Friday? If I'm not mistaken, were there buys after the bell up to .48? I think we will see a steady stream of news on this company, and my gut tells me the SB-2 will be filed next week. Jin.
