Thanks, DD...all guesswork, anyway. Here is the link to Offie's latest debenture summary. Unless I miss my guess, we get hit by one more Reg.S around the 15th of this month. Message 3384353 I think Timmins wants the share price near zero when he hands the keys over, so there won't be much to walk away from. That's unless Caye Chapel steps in in a BIG way, and given what I saw on Friday, they might. I keep asking myself though, where are the production figures? It's been since December that #1 was tapped, at least a week since #3 and #4 were finished and brought on line, and yet we hear nothing. There is something behind this, that's for sure. Rick
