I think I have this information correct, as well as have mentioned it before. Kwok and Jong Kim are friends from their teenage years. Their first business together was building PCs.

I agree with you Steve, only from this point-of-view: Kwok's position with Yurie gives him greater motivation to make SplitRock succeed, thereby, helping the company he co-founded, Yurie, succeed as well.

Don't you just love it when a plan comes together.

Yes, it is interesting that Kwok is the majority shareholder. I appreciate the comments and the upcoming research on A-Que-Man.
