Earnings have a lot to do with one's credibility. Bill Gates may look and sound like a twerp, but he has made billions. ZITL management share the same characteristics and make money solely by selling stock.

It's called fair satirical comment, according to the U.S. Supreme Court. Whether it's in good taste is a matter of personal judgment.

BTW, ZITL June 12.5 puts are a very good deal at 1 3/8 now. Just bought a few.

My Friend Kathy:

There are many childish postings on the internet.
You should ignore them and try to contribute to the
board. In this case it is Zitel.

What are your projections for Zitel's y2000
revenues and earnings(loses) for this quarter , Kathy??
I eagerly await you projections, Kathy.

Your Friend, Michael

Kathy,

Agree with your comments about rude behavior and the childishness of referring to ones physical appearances on this board. I also agree with Michael's comments about keeping the conversation to Zitel and debating the merits of it as an investment. It is pretty incredible how the simplest, basic questions about the basic nature of the business of Zitel/MD go totally unanswered by any long on this thread and others. I won't bother repeating Michael's request as I know it will go unanswered, but I will ask this. Why?

Dave

Off topic-Kathy you are absolutely right. I'd like to publicly apologize. There is no reason to degrade Ray Liotta, Robert DiNiro, Joe Pesci, and other fine actors from Goodfellas by comparing them with the Zitel insiders <g>. Suffice to say, the Zitel management are in a class by themselves!

Having listened to the last three Zitel conference calls, I think if the Zitel management were truly concerned with their public images they would refrain from some of the empty promises they keep making. For Jack "the contract is on my desk" King, a jocular reference to a movie is the least of his concerns.

Please spare me.

This company, at one point capped at over half a billion, shows up at a trade show with the "code factory", some very crude booth graphics, and 4 guys who look like they are just itching to sell you some aluminum siding.

There are standards in the business world, especially at public events such as trade shows. You don't have to conform. Then again, you don't have to be taken seriously either.

I don't care if you are fat or thin, ugly or pretty, black or white. But if you want to sell me a 6 figure service contract you better not be wearing a suit from S&K Menswear.
