I noticed the same thing and sold at a high 1.50 waiting for it to go to 1.00. Then I had a panic attack and bought back even higher. I feel very good about being back in. It really seems like it is a done deal.

Good point Dwayne. I feel it is REAL close though. That S-3 form filed by RNTK is the icing on the TEXACO cake. All that's left in my opinion is Yakobsen's signature.
