thank you so much for your insight, i thought i had missed out on some important stock..i have done alot of reading and questioning on qwst and thought it was an important stock to own for the next couple of years..if you think of it let me know when you are considering buying level 3..what price are you looking to enter at?? sue why did the stock move up so much this week??

I totally agree with you Mark, except about the "I'll likely be an L3 investor" part. Story sounds good, but I haven't found any evidence that it's backed up by progress. I'd be extremely cautious about investing in it until the story gets some real substance.

i would approach L3 very carefully. the price right now, IMO, is artificial and unsustainable. the current L3 price may be influenced by KIWT's meager float of only 3 million shares. i believe there will opportunities to get into L3 at a much cheaper price later this year. when that time comes, i'll likely be an L3 investor too.

The question I have is that they are stating that they plan to convert shares of KIWT to L3 stock in name. When you look at only three million shares in float, where do they plan to get the rest of the shares for the listing? Are they planning on the insiders selling the shares prior to the listing? This is one of the aspects that makes me a little wary to stay in.
