Pr,

Yes we still own both of those subsidiaries. Muller Media is a division that brings in solid revenues with good eps for DCI. Muller is one of the premier movie packagers for the cable and tv industry. They have the rights to movies such as Predator, Dirty Dancing and Sidekicks(Chuck Norris), just to name a few. As far as The Travel Source goes it is a very successful travel agent located at the University of Rhode Island. I believe that we bought them because of the PEL division travel and privilige card programs. They were our in to that industry. They were successful before being acquired by DCI and are still bringing good money to the bottom line. There is no drain on resources from either of these divisions they more than hold up their end. It is my opinion that these 2 plus CC Canada have funded the rest of DCI during the ramp up stage for CyberFax and DCI UK. It is their revenues that have allowed the new switches to be ordered and kept DCI's head above water. Now with DCI UK and CyberFax booking minutes we should see the quarterlys change even more. Thats just DCI where it stands now with no new pieces being added. I like it.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce

Pr-Ac-Man,
I think Bruce answered most of your questions. I believe DCI is also working on a total revamping and updating of their Web-Site. There is so much going on at this point in time that I am sure it is of paramount importance that the most important things are listed by priority. I feel sure that management is doing just that at this point in time and as we close on various deals, ventures, etc.---all will come together.
