We have discussed the potential of Sanova here on this thread several times in the past.

In all honesty I think it does represent some competition to ozonation.

It is relatively inexpensive when compared to most other alternatives.

But only chlorination is less expensive than using ozone decontamination and it simply does not work well enough.

Can Sanova do a better job?

Time will tell but when you stop and think how many years irradiation has been approved for poultry and how few of us have ever seen an irradiated chicken it just might be we have nothing to worry about at all.

At any rate the food processing industry is a $430 billion a year industry!

There is room for both Alcide and Cyclopss to both be successful.
