I believe Bob considers 7 to 10 percent corrections to be buying opportunities. He has identified (before the correction) quite a number of those since 1992, when I started listening. It took me a year or two of listening to the Moneytalk program before I figured out that he was very accurate in his calls.

By the way, I don't remember if we did have a 10% correction in the 1990s. I believe the October 1997 correction was only 9.9%, based on the NYSE composite.
