I like to qualify my guesses. But I guess you can make bolder statements about the stock's direction when you are certain events will happen. But to me this is ethical only if you are certain. If a stock releases good earnings and if its stock price does not now reflect these earnings then you can say the stock price will most likely rise. Now we can say when Henley reports good numbers at or near the end of April HNLY will appreciate in value. But this is true only if we know that Henley will report numbers at or near the end of April and that those numbers will be good.

Now do I think that Henley will release numbers at or near the end of April, yes with 100% confidence now do I think that these numbers will show profitability, yes 80% confidence. I still have reservations about gross margins at Magra, i.e., will the variable costs of goods sold continue to grow at the same rate or a little faster than total revenues or will some of these costs now being incurred be stored within the company as knowledge that can then be drawn upon for future sales and installations? My knowledge of these kinds of software/hardware installations is that over time these variable costs of goods sold flatten their rates of growth as accumulated knowledge is shared between teams so that the wheel is not re-invented with each installation.

Have I ever hyped this stock? No, I don't consider the DD that I have done hyping. If I was a hyper I wouldn't have posted the links to SEDAR and invited discussion on Magra's financials. (BTW I owe Jim a response, I'm working on it Jim.)
