DD, USXX has no cash. They haven't applied for any credit because they may not be credit worthy. New management has been in place since 1996 and have been endeavoring to make a go of it. The latest version of the Co. as I interpret it, is that they will work exclusively for Wackenhut in setting up prison work programs for profit. They have just begun this endeavor so it is too early to tell if this will be succesful or not, but I don't like that USXX is 100% dependent on Wackenhut for its survival. The offshore debentures are also not a plus. Sergio
