Pr, Sorry to be so long in getting back to you, upgrading my Win95 system files and of course if it can go wrong it will go wrong and it did go wrong. Not my fault though, one of the updates was overwritten by a new piece of software, which has since been deleted, that made the system untenable. All fixed, I hope. Now, on to your questions. As far as the divisions go we know that DCI is trying to consolidate and sell CC Canada if the price is right. The consolidation will happen even if CC Canada does not get sold because we will own the Canadian pre-paid market. Travel Source will stay as long as they are making money for DCI. I do not see Joe divesting himself of a revenue producing division just because it does not seem to fit the business plan at this point in time. We acquired Muller Media when it looked as if we were going to try and develop plans for different internet products dealing with the motion picture industry, video on demand for instance. With the acquisition of WorldPass those plans may be back on track but even if they are not, Muller Media is a tremendous source of revenue. One source that I would not let get away. The other questions I will not even try to answer. I would say that for competative reasons Joe will not divulge the exact cost of the new equipment or the difference in leasing vs. owning margins. I have tried to narrow this gap of info myself with not a lot of success. Good questions none the less. LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce
