I think a big part of where it head is the future outlook for the company. If it is negative right now I don't see why it can;t go to the low 20s over the short term. I don;t think it will happen right away, it will depend on analysts opinions as well. The best time to buy the co. is when psychology is negative. Once it turns positive again, it will look like a steal and get bid up. Over the near term though I can't see why it would get bid up. Going to the teens though I would think is unlikely unless the mkt tanks. If so load up!! It will not stay in the teens for long. Rob
