Barb,

You said that you have gotten out of Osicom because their revenues have fallen. You were going to stay in if revenues were closer to $36 million? I'm just wondering where these supposed revenues were supposed to come from. Did you want them to sell a bunch of low margin products to meet your revenue requirements?

You had to know that the Net+Arm was selling negligibly as well as the Gigamux. Did you think that the IQX was going to make up the difference? I think you had unreasonable expectations based on the high backlog statement.

Again I ask you this question. Do you think that Forresters, Smart Money, Brooks, Nasa, and many trade journals are all in a communist plot working with Osicom trying to make a quick buck? I don't understand why you'd take the risk with Osicom being in the press so much recently for this new product. Either it's going to be bought or not, but I don't think the risk/reward ratio is in your favor on this one. There are many companies out there with mounting losses and one product that are begging to be shorted. Why choose Osicom?

You may be right on this whole thing. As a young investor, I'm always learning about the tricks of the trade. I don't have my whole portfolio invested in Osicom as I basically did at one time. If Osicom does bite the dust, I will have to go back into the past and learn from my mistakes. I will take it as a lesson learned. There are definitely enough questions out there to make you think about selling out, but I think a short is out of the question.

Good luck to you on the rest of your portfolio.

Grant
