I think the "consortium" at CALSTART also provide assistance
in the areas you mentioned. We cannot get a "handle" on joes management capabilities, because of the stage the endeavor is in.
Its too early to deduce. You spoke of DELL and others. Well, in their infancy, as BAAT is now, you would not have been able to predict
their "management" capability either. Joe is wearing many hats now, or so we can surmise. BUT perhaps not. We do not know who or how many are in the background supporting this effort. Things did get out of hand during test, but lets be honest, BAAT was getting murdered on the internet, and in the media. It was a matter of "damage control" in the best way they could as they tried to continue on with the test. You take a risk at this stage that managmet cannot
bring it off. But again, we know we are not dealing with IBM, which I may add, was going into the dumper a few years ago, because of "Management".

Art you have a valid point about management. Look at Micron Electronics in comparison to Dell. Micron has no skill at the management level. They are known for training production staff to become managers. The problem is the trainer are also 'grown up' laborers.
Micron is now having a very difficult time in the market.

One major difference is baat is young and unique. This is a whole different market than Pc's. Still something to be aware of.
