Roger,

I think we may see pay day on our SPEH shorts next week. The chart looks ominous and it appears to be poised for a major breakdown. If it doesn't happen next week, it may not happen for awhile.

Also, I expect to get see the same happen on WMAR. I shorted at 27 and had the chance to cover at 25 but passed. It's rallied back to 27 again but is going to reverse (I hope). If I am right, it should start to break down by Monday or Tuesday and then I'm looking for 22 to cover.

ZONA- still dogging it but this one may take more patience. It's in "trading mode" right now and will require another bad news event before it gets really slammed.

To this list I would add ADTN if it rallies to 33. It too is forming a head and shoulders reversal. If it completes this formation successfully, it will hit low 20's.

To the long side for a quick gain-

I am long ORCL at 26. Pre-earnings run should take it to 29-30, although I think the market as a whole may reverse on Wednesday and this may cut the run short. Earnings are to be announced on Thursday.

I am also long VII. Recent run from 8 to 13 7/8 reversed and fell back to just under 10. On Friday volume picked up steam and it looks like it will now retrace back to the 12 3/4 to 13 area. This is an excellent micro cap with a very small float, so it doesn't take much buying to push it up fast.

Sorry for the long winded update but I guess I felt like typing tonight!

Hank
