Bill: just a heads-up: I hold three microcap funds that have been sitting there like rocks. This past week nearly all of their top US and foreign holdings showed up in the new highs list, so there's a rotation into the Russell and BB stocks of a magnitude I haven't seen in the last year, into something I can best categorize as "smallcap global value". Ahhh, many of these are gems. Smallcaps throughout the world have been suffering for many years, perhaps this is the end of the bear market for the little guys. I don't know how much money this sector can absorb.
