Yes and someone posted about using the avg versus the sum and what difference that would make....

the response was....he didnt change it because it worked.....
however, the 5 day average COULD give your more instances to trade versus the cumulative..

just a thought....

maybe you should plug it into your handy dandy backtesting thing

the cumulative has not been giving signals...since Feb 11 ...using quote.com's Trin there has only been one time it was even over 5 (which someone said could be used in a bull trend)...no times under 4 and no times over 6....

unless my spreadsheet isnt calculating right ;-))))
