Actually, Tom is of the same opinion. He uses the Value Line 1&2 for the FA.
He told me of a client, a broker client of his, that broke down his portfolio's by selecting the VL 1&2 and then analysing their PE ratio's within a certain percent. I can't remember what that was. Then he looked at the P&F and selected from there. He has been blowing the doors off the S&P every year.
This is why I put in my post that if an investor isn't able to put time into research there ARE brokers out there that will make you a nice profit.
