Try Ctrl+I and not Tools | Indicator Builder. The builder only includes the non-default indicators that are added in subsequently. Also they're not always listed alphabetically. The added ones appear below the defaults. Very strange.

Hi Bob, Try right clicking on the Indicator Quicklist. Click on Quicklist Properties then make sure that Moving Average is checked to to show in the Quicklist.
