Zeev, Is SEC approval needed for this?, and will it only work on the desperate?, and what is the defense against this?, limit your shares max, or issue ptotective options to near the max(assuming it is not 200M shares and you have only 10M out.

Zeev, thanks for the explanation. Pretty scary stuff alright. On the VSE, there's a couple of brokerage houses that are notorious as far as shorting the companies they've just underwrote. As they run the price up and blow out the cheap paper, they can short with impunity as they have warrants as part of the financing deal (with a low strike price of course) to cover if need be. Although I must admit, it doesn't come anywhere close to the devastating effect of these floorless debentures.
