Good Post! RH. I have pondered this myself. Why did Asensio&Co. decide to hit on KRY, NOW! Would it not be more prudent to let the LONGS push this as HIGH as possible, and let the 4th RULING prove his KRY allegations. My take on his premature outburst of SELL, SELL, is one of desperation. As the Chief, says NO ONE knows the OUTCOME of this 4th Ruling, and I believe that Asensio & Co. was/is trying to reduce his risk as a SHORT SELLER. He is promoting SELL, SELL SHORT, but what is HE really doing????? Short sellers and traders, FWIW, take note of who is COVERING and who is SHORT SELLING. Don't get caught being this MAN's out. His portfolio shows that he is a ruthless individual and we are ALL subject to his manipulations. Just my take on Mr. Asensio! Regards. Rick.
