Hi John, I agree with your calculations, but there is also other properties PUG has that ACA doesn't. You need to include that in your calculation. This would make PUG even more attractive...

Thanks John, I guessed that also, to drive the price up. But I agree in that there will be a play here as sometime down the road, it will back off. Perhaps the buying pressure to get in on the warrants and a slip after that date? - denis
