what does C_TV mean?

C-TV is the theoretical call value as calculated by the Cox Ross Model.

Before you ask, CHR is the Hedge Ratio (defined as the change in the price of the option for a 1 point change in the underlying price). This probably is a pretty useful piece of information for anyone wondering how much a call will move up based upon a move in the underlying security. A ratio of 99 is equivalent to a 1:1 move. A ratio of 5 (for the ASND 40 Call) means that a 1 point underlying move gets you just 1/20th of a point upside on the March 40 call.
