What broker do you use?
I use Etrade and 1/32 is the lowest limit order there.
That can be a real problem trading penny stocks cause you are
frequently forced to trade at market or not at all

Welcome to SI. To answer your questions, possibly Farsight. They have a pilot program going on, something like $10 a trade and I believe they will allow those kinds of trades, but I am not positive. Here is their Internet Address:
