COMS already demonstrated last Q that sometimes they will wait until a quarter is over before pre-announcing. In the past sometimes they have done it well in advance. A couple of times when Intel missed they ddin't even bother to pre-announce.

Maybe they will make the paltry 14 cent estimate with their pristine accounting but that doesn't mean they can't warn about the following quarter in their subsequent conference call.
