but I think that you have to go to the paper for details. LGND can use a panel of receptors in various cell types as targets and the medicinal chemists cam make all kinds of structural modifications of interesting compounds and re-screened to see if additional specificity is achieved. The small molecules can be made and modified very cheaply.
