Wayne, I think a stock buy back would be great for stockholders, especially when the merger goes through. It would drive the stock price up, which is a Good Thing for all concerned. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that this is happening; CVIA would need a fair amount of money to soak up a large chunk of the stock, even at the current levels.

If they had the money, though, this would be a great time to do it!

Frank

I am very concern about the statement that Jack offered in regards to Reg "S" shares.

He stated that "Only as a last resort". Did he panic? Was he knowledgeable about "our" company and its potential market cap? Now he wants to buy back the Reg "S".

There appears to be some uncertainty in his reasoning and leadership to make a statement and then execute the last resort and then decide that he wants to recanter the whole thing. I may be wrong, but that is how it appears to me.

Thanks,

Uncle Ernie

P.S. Note his original statement was shown as 1/5/98 and today is 3/6/98. He exercised all two of the three options available to him under this scenario and now wants to exercise the final one. Is this clear thinking and astute execution? What is wrong with this picture?

I hope they're not doing that...

They used the reg S to raise money to finance the merger. If they
have/had the money to do a buy back, we should have used that money to finance the merger instead. I personally would just like to see the merger completed and have Mr. Arnold ignore the share price for the
time being. Once we're no longer a shell we can worry about what the company can do to increase value. The big thing is getting WOTD running now.

JMHO,
Tony
