I decided I would start going through all of the FIBR posts from the very first one a minute ago.

I chuckled when I saw the very first post talking about how FIBR is going to be moved to the NMS Nasdaq from the small cap. That hasn't been delivered for almost 2 years! If FIBR has been declined they could just say so. Why won't their lawyers let FIBR comment?

They have been. There are some links on the LPTHA thread to short-haul offerings. I will find you some as well.

Some of these are more or less sophisticated than the Gigamux (such as Artel's WDM). That doesn't mean they aren't competition because not everyone will need a fully configured WDM with several channels and several protocol interfaces. Some will be satisfied with simpler and cheaper products.
