Ok, more seriously. I owned Apple II # 8375, and published software for it as well, so yes, I've been around the PC market for awhile. Enough to know that the "commonality of the user interface" was on the Mac for a long time before Bill Gates got the idea. And Windows 95 still doesn't approach the standards of the Mac in the late 1980's. Not that I'm pining for the Mac, I prefer Windows. But commonality of interface? Come on.
