Joe, Interesting article. I'd be willing to bet (in fact I already have) that PSC1000 could play a key role in these STB's, even more so now with our new CEO. Let's hope he has good contacts with his former employer. Cap

What's interesting about the PTC1000 is that it doesn't require a set of customized application development tools. That's been the primary barrier for new processors with new instruction sets but the PTC1000 should run embedded Java applications right out of the box. I really don't see the PTC1000 as an NC engine but the cost/performance could make this an ideal candidate for embedded applications. I'm not sold yet, but I'm warming up to this stock's potential.
